1. Respect for the rights of others

SeeU users may publish only material that they created themselves or to which they hold the rights. This applies to photos, videos and texts, and in particular to music and audiobooks in Audio. Material that infringes copyright or related rights is removed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. Notice of infringement

If you are the rights holder or are acting on their behalf, please send a notice to copyright@seeu.kz. The notice must contain:

  1. your name or the name of your organisation and your contact details;
  2. details of the work whose rights have been infringed: its title, its author and, where available, a link to the original;
  3. the location of the disputed material on SeeU: a link or the username of the account, and a description sufficient to find it;
  4. confirmation that you are the rights holder or are authorised to act on their behalf, such as a document or a power of attorney;
  5. a statement that the use of the material has not been authorised by the rights holder or permitted by law;
  6. a statement that the information in the notice is accurate.

If a notice is incomplete, we may ask you to supplement it.

3. Review of a notice

We examine the notice and, if it is justified, remove the material or restrict access to it. We inform the author of the material that it was removed following a complaint by the rights holder and, if the rights holder does not object, provide their contact details.

4. Counter-notice

If your material was removed in error, write to copyright@seeu.kz within 30 days. Please identify the material that was removed and explain your right to publish it: that you are its author, that you hold a licence, or that the use is permitted by law. We will review the counter-notice, forward it to the rights holder where necessary, and restore the material if the dispute is resolved in your favour.

5. Repeat infringement

If an account repeatedly infringes the rights of others, we restrict its ability to publish in Audio and, if the infringements continue, block the account.

6. Trademarks

Using another party’s trademarks in order to mislead people, including by posing as the owner of a brand, is prohibited. Complaints about such violations are accepted at the same address.

7. SeeU materials

The SeeU name, logo, design and camera effects are protected by law. To use them in publications about us, please send a request to press@seeu.kz.
