Check completed
Return to the SeeU app — the result will appear on the “Identity verification” screen. This usually takes a few minutes; if there is no answer for a while, open the screen again and the app will ask about it once more.
What happens next
The check is carried out by a partner. Your document and photograph remain with them: SeeU receives only the answer — whether the identity was confirmed — and the date of the check. What exactly we store is described in the Privacy Policy.
If the check did not pass, you can repeat it in the app. If it fails a second time, write to us: Settings (Настройки) → Help and support (Помощь и поддержка), or to support@seeu.kz — we will confirm it manually.
